The write-behind row's Python cell moves from "unreleased" to its released form: PyPI 0.25.0+, with the wheel check, as the matrix's other rows record it. The cell also names the writer bounds and the exit flush, and states that an async miss under the distributed lock writes synchronously even after a timed-out lock wait.
