feat(website): add Astro marketing site with landing film, docs, changeset

Description

This PR adds the nostream.dev marketing site, wired to the repo so version, NIPs, docs, and changelog stay in sync at build time. It also updates the landing hero film in website/hero-animation (official logo, NIP count from package.json, cleaner chrome) and ships web-ready media in website/site/public/media/.
