[sap-document-ai]: Automatic Field Mapping #101
Description
Extraction results are currently delivered as raw JSON, leaving consuming applications responsible for parsing and mapping the data.
Add automatic mapping of extracted fields to CDS entity properties by name convention, with pre-filling of Fiori forms. Fields below a configurable confidence threshold should be visually flagged so users know what to review before saving.
