Missing userInfo in deleteContext #764

Hi Team,
I am from SDM CAP plugin and we got this customer ticket: cap-java/sdm#453, where customer is facing issues because of below check that we do as part of delete call:
if (user.equals(SDMConstants.SYSTEM_USER)) {} where SYSTEM_USER = "system-internal"
We are doing this check to determine if the request Technical-user flow or not. This check is different from another APIs where we are using Boolean isSystemUser = eventContext.getUserInfo().isSystemUser(); to determine if the request is Technical user flow or not. This difference was because delete request comes via the outbox service and so the request-context doesn't have the userInfo().

Can you please check if this deleteContext here has the userInfo and if it is there pass it along with the deleteContext. So that we can use this info in determining the technical user for the operation.
