Adds an alphaOverride attribute to Tr2CurveColorMixer, so a mixer can force a fixed transparency no matter what the input colours are.
This can enable artists to for example fade out a bound inherit color without needing to bing .r .b .g and .a sepperately and thus requiring way to many bindings and curves
This feature will also unblock some defects like fading out bound particle colors
