TupleDatabase and AsyncTupleDatabase take { rng }, used for reactivity listener ids and for commits made without a transaction id. Listener ids order same-prefix callbacks, so a seeded rng makes that order reproducible. Defaults to random UUIDs.

Adds options to enable different delimiters and escape characters in the codec. Null byte characters can cause issues in some systems e.g. expo-sqlite so adding these options gives more capabilities to storage engines. Eventually my goal is to create an "AdapterSqliteStorage" that takes a sqlite storage api and gives back a tuple storage
