The hole, and the fix

The Celo facilitator publishes an integration skill at https://x402.celo.org/skill.md, but the x402 page never mentions it, so readers using a coding assistant have no way to find it or the install command.

This adds a Tip under "Get Started with the Celo Facilitator" with the install command, and a row for the skill in Resources.

What this does NOT do / residual risk

• No change to the skill itself; it lives in celo-org/x402-facilitator.
• The shorter npx skills add https://x402.celo.org does not work yet (the site serves no skills index), so the page uses the full /skill.md URL. Tracked in celo-org/x402-facilitator#423.

Judgement calls

• Placed the Tip after the two-hosts note, before Endpoints, so a reader sees it before wiring anything by hand.
