A failed Codecov upload should never fail CI. The tests are the gate. Codecov outages and TLS or connection errors have been failing required checks and blocking merges, even where
fail_ci_if_error: falseis set, because the action can crash on a connection error instead of following that setting.Change
Add
continue-on-error: trueto everycodecov/codecov-actionstep. A broken upload now shows as a warning on the step and no longer fails the job, or theall-checksgate.Same fix as common-origin/common-origin-design-system#126.
