Fixes #368.
Regression of 5.5 (#345):
YamlWriterTask(yaml_writer) created the parent directory offile_pathwithout condition. That failed for a stream wrapper path (compress.zlib://,s3://...) and created aphp:directory forphp://stdout. The directory is now created for a local path only (no scheme, orfile://).Requirements

None: only paths with a scheme change, they failed (or created a stray directory) since 5.5.
