Add a Symfony Flex recipe #138

Description

Add a Symfony Flex recipe for cleverage/ui-process-bundle, as for cleverage/process-bundle (cleverage/process-bundle#90, symfony/recipes-contrib#2081).

Flex already registers the bundle without recipe (auto-generated recipe of the symfony-bundle type); the recipe would also create:

• config/routes/clever_age_ui_process.yaml: import of @CleverAgeUiProcessBundle/config/routes/controllers.yaml only, the EasyAdmin routes being already imported by config/routes/easyadmin.yaml (EasyAdmin recipe),
• config/packages/clever_age_ui_process.yaml: the bundle configuration with its defaults,
• a post-install output listing the remaining steps (database, migrations, first user, assets, workers).

The recipes of the dependencies already configure the security password hasher and the Doctrine underscore_number_aware naming strategy expected by the bundle.

The installation documentation must describe the recipe, and the manual setup without Flex.
