OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.

…sion-aware ranking

A bounded 013_2 rehearsal ahead of Monday was cleanly BLOCKED with
no_front_pair_eligible: every configured pair probed 0/3 on both endpoints
while general egress was fine (baidu reachable, simnow.com.cn timing out,
the 7x24 MD port actively refusing) - a host-level SimNow maintenance
window, not a code defect. A bounded watcher now re-probes the 7x24 pair
once a minute and re-launches the drill command as soon as service returns.

The outage investigation also disproved the earlier "standard always ranks
first" reading (92d5a33): with fake probes the real sort key is
_session_rank -> whitelist -> median latency -> config order, and
_session_rank is session-aware - standard kinds win inside the CZCE day
windows (09:00-10:15/10:30-11:30/13:30-15:00), 7x24 wins outside them
(demonstrated: 10ms standard still loses to 999ms 7x24 outside the
window, and wins when the clock is forced inside it). This has been the
six-copy design since eb3da84.

Plan corrections: steps 1-5 fall inside day windows and expect standard;
step 6 (21:05 night) will select 7x24 by design - the same front where
rehearsal #6 produced both-leg native fills - and the section-2 pass
criteria are front-agnostic with the front_selection receipt archived.
The r5 record carries the outage facts, the empirical ranking proof and
the watcher contract.
