Adds copy-and-adapt release workflow examples using shared workflows from cloudoperators/common.
Changes:
- Adds manual version bumping, tagging, and GitHub Release creation.
- Adds tag-triggered Docker and Helm publishing to GHCR.
- Marks repository-specific values with placeholders or commented options.
