…loudsimplus#595) CloudSim Plus no longer has Pe objects or PE provisioners: a Host has a single Processor created from a CoreCapacity. So the peProvisioner YAML property is removed. Also removes the datacenter architecture, os and vmm properties from CloudEnvironment2.yml and CloudEnvironment3.yml, which DatacenterRegistry no longer has, making both files fail to parse.
