Updates this project to the CloudSim Plus API changes from cloudsimplus/cloudsimplus#606 (issue cloudsimplus/cloudsimplus#588) and cloudsimplus/cloudsimplus#608.

Changes

1. Renames from Use placement, allocation, provisioning and utilization consistently (#588) cloudsimplus#606:
   • allocationpolicies → placementpolicies, VmAllocationPolicy* → VmPlacementPolicy*.
   • provisioners → allocators, ResourceProvisioner* → ResourceAllocator*, setRam/BwProvisioner → setRam/BwAllocator.
   • HostAllocation/HostDeallocation listeners → HostPlacement/HostRemoval.
   • Resource methods: getAllocatedResource → getOccupied, getPercentUtilization → getPercentOccupied, and so on.
   • Comments use the new terms (VMs are placed into Hosts; allocators allocate RAM and BW).
2. YAML keys renamed to match the class names: vmAllocationPolicy → vmPlacementPolicy, ramProvisioner/bwProvisioner → ramAllocator/bwAllocator. YAML files using the old keys must be updated. PolicyLoader builds the new package and class names.
