Updates this project to the CloudSim Plus API changes from cloudsimplus/cloudsimplus#606 (issue cloudsimplus/cloudsimplus#588) and cloudsimplus/cloudsimplus#608.

Changes

1. Renames from Use placement, allocation, provisioning and utilization consistently (#588) cloudsimplus#606:
   • allocationpolicies → placementpolicies, VmAllocationPolicy* → VmPlacementPolicy*.
   • provisioners → allocators, ResourceProvisioner* → ResourceAllocator*, setRam/BwProvisioner → setRam/BwAllocator.
   • HostAllocation/HostDeallocation listeners → HostPlacement/HostRemoval.
   • Resource methods: getAllocatedResource → getOccupied, getPercentUtilization → getPercentOccupied, and so on.
   • Comments use the new terms (VMs are placed into Hosts; allocators allocate RAM and BW).
2. Changes from Make the Host interface smaller and lazily create its state history cloudsimplus#608:
   • Host.getTotalMipsCapacity() → Processor.totalMips(host) (static import).
   • Host.getStateHistory() returns a HostStateHistory, so the examples use getEntries().
   • VerticalVmScaling.getOccupiedResource().
3. Example files renamed: RandomVmPlacementPolicyExample, VmPlacementPolicyRoundRobinExample, DynamicVmPlacementPolicyBestFitExample.

All examples compile. The examples changed by hand run without errors.
