Lane G: planning screen delivery and handoff

Scope

Lane G delivers the planning screen in order:

G1 — import and plan display UI.
G2 — authoring and suggestion cards.
G3 — revision-bound Apply and draft/attachment preservation.
G4 — real provider/store integration and complete T18 browser/adapter acceptance.

Done when: npx playwright test test/browser/plans.spec.ts && npm run typecheck passes and proves the Plans screen displays the current revision and a JSON/YAML import creates and renders the next revision without losing an unsent Review draft.
Interface: use F1's existing POST /api/plan/import and GET /api/review; no Store, runner, rebase, or server contract changes in G1.
Ownership: Lane G owns the listed web and browser-test files. The active F5 task owns runner/rebase work. Shared persistence/API changes, if discovered, are queued to the F integration owner rather than patched around.

Completion

Each step gets reviewable evidence against its exact base/head. G4 is not complete until the real D-backed provider and F/store integration pass the full T18 browser/adapter acceptance.

G1 is now implemented in draft PR #148 at validated head 47e7bd5a97c7446fbb907072e437eebca8e39d5e on base d77eabc8f0061e29f5b152911241f01f692ca71b. Focused Plans browser coverage is 10/10, affected planning suites are 37/37, typecheck passes, and the mandatory independent full-diff review is clean for that exact pair. The PR remains draft: PR #143 currently owns the required docs/architecture.md status update, and #146 tracks the existing plan-import transport-size mismatch owned by Lane F. Copilot review has not been requested while that exact-head documentation gate is blocked.

G2 is implemented in draft PR #150 at head 83e7f2b3a44f86572e68711e6e85597deb6e2c0f on base 26d03e6c0e5d50c136ffc3e5c0d74cd3af52303e.

The Plans screen now starts, polls, renders and dismisses whole-plan drafts and independent suggestion cards while preserving newer guidance, focus and completed history. Poll responses are generation-guarded, bound to the immutable revision/snapshot, validated before rendering, and hostile agent text is rendered literally. Apply remains G3.

Exact-head local evidence: Plans browser 43/43, focused G2 12/12, affected planning backend 63/63, typecheck passed, and the mandatory independent full-diff review is clean. The broad local npm test gate is explicitly blocked by shared Docker saturation after a 15-minute run spawned 539 containers without a product assertion; PR CI is pending. #146 remains F-owned.
