notifications/overview.mdx was an orphan (not in docs.json nav) and a stale duplicate of the /notifications landing page — a thin page with a placeholder description and legacy-extension links, superseded by the richer notifications.mdx hero. Delete it, add a redirect /notifications/overview -> /notifications, and repoint the two links in fundamentals/notification-extensions.mdx to the canonical landing.
