Summary

• projectStripStatus reads a shutdown lifecycle that carries a completed report and no close error as done instead of cancelled.
• Shutdowns closed mid-run / after interrupt / after cancel (which carry a close error) still read cancelled.
• The TUI agents strip, list_agents, and the fleet digest all inherit the fix from this one projection — a lane closed after a successful report no longer looks like a cancelled one.

Verification

• Failing tests written first: shutdown-with-report now projects done (previously cancelled).
• bun run check passes: lint clean, tsc clean, dead-exports clean, build ok, 8365 tests pass / 0 fail under the projects-dir guard.
