Step 1 of the 0.3.x local Interchange cutover (v0.3.35 backlog) mapped in docs/ARCHITECTURE.md workflows section: CL-8289 (extract invokeStep, no behavior change), CL-8288 (wrap worker in runtimeRun), CL-8301 (default-chat workflow as one dispatch step), CL-8302 (local mailbox substrate). None is implemented yet; this is the docs-only mapping slice so the four follow-ups have a recorded target. 0.4.0 remains the hub-client formality (login, consume, routing).
Verification: bunx oxfmt --check docs/ARCHITECTURE.md passes (exit 0). No product code touched; no tests affected.
