chore(ci): ignore benchmark and working-note scratch dirs - #1373

plans/, tb-*/** and terminal-bench/ are local-only working notes and benchmark scratch, never committed. They leaked into CI's 'bunx oxfmt --check .' (static-analysis) scan, failing every PR that picks them up from the environment. Ignore them so oxfmt scans only trackable source.

plans/,tb-dataset/,tb-rerun-50/,terminal-bench/andevals/**/__pycache__/are local-only working notes and benchmark snapshot scratch — they are never committed, but they leak into CI'sbunx oxfmt --check .(static-analysis job) scan and fail the oxfmt step on every PR that picks them up from the environment. This has been failing the whole agent-extract wave (#1340 #1339 #1341 #1343 #1346 #1347 #1348 #1349 #1351 #1353) plus earlier CL-10234 work (PR #1362) onstatic-analysis.This adds them to
.gitignoreso a clean checkout no longer contains them and oxfmt scans only trackable source.Verification
