Summary

  • Removes JSDoc and comments in the DeepSeek V4 effort policy and model-family policy that restated the per-role effort table and a merged PR. The map and the policy switch already say this; only comments encoding non-obvious constraints remain (why coder defaults to max, why residuals are inline).

Verification

  • bun run check passes: lint, typecheck, dead-exports guard, build, and the guarded test suite — 8551 pass / 0 fail.
  • DEEPSEEK_V4_ROLE_EFFORT values and routing are unchanged.

Fixes CL-10309
