Summary
src/agent/fleet.tsbarrel and its test. Nothing in production imported it; runtime fan-in isDIRECTOR_REGISTRY(src/agent/directors/registry.ts), which stays the closed director fan-in includingqa-lead.agent/defineAgentexports as honest public-API rows on the dead-export allowlist, replacing the tests-only barrel that laundered them.Verification
bun run checkpasses: lint, typecheck, dead-exports guard, build, and the guarded test suite — 8548 pass / 0 fail.bun run check:dead-exports: 281 consumer-less exports, 281 allowlisted, 0 violations.src/subagent/agent-fleet.tsande2e/fleet.ts(a different subsystem) untouched.Fixes CL-10308
