  • ask_director requires the typed escalation contract (policy version, required facts, five classifications) and send_input gains the structured escalation resolution (director_answer / declined / unavailable / minimum_grant_available) bound to the pending questionId.
  • The WORKER WAITING strip previews the assessed decision summary (classification, outcome, minimum addition, decline consequence, recommendation, target) instead of the bare question.
