Summary
## [0.3.38]section with the generated merged-PR list, so CHANGELOG.md matches whatscripts/release.shgeneration would have written for v0.3.37...v0.3.38.The published GitHub release body for v0.3.38 was already edited to the same generated content plus the standard install footer.
