Verbatim adoptions of mime/mailbox/harness and workflow-host's narrow subset; types runtime split carried with ledger markers; inference's 9 commits merged with 3-way-resolved carries; storage-isogit e75eee2 verified safe (no first-party sync.request/statePushed/createStatePack/undeploy use); reasoning-effort c8be7e9 adopted; crypto/author/log unchanged. formatSafetyRatingText gains a ledgered compat re-export for the published @corbits/openai-responses dist, which still imports it from @intx/types/runtime.

Static analysis on PR 1431 failed bunx oxfmt --check on this file.
storage-isogit is 5 commits, not 9 files. Agent work is d1835be, 660ef81, and d1e05e9. runtime.ts is the split re-exports plus the compat re-export, not a two-line barrel.

5453d0b0→4cc6972) per vendored area and adopts the vendored surface: mime, mailbox, harness verbatim; types carries the runtime split (runtime.ts → runtime-core.ts/inference-events.ts, 33-entry export map mirrored); inference takes its 9 commits with three-way merges preserving all 24 ledgered patches incl.ephemeralTurnsand the atomic-acceptance try/finally; storage-isogit lands the verified-safee75eee2removal (sync.request/statePushedhad zero local, vendored, and vendorable references); reasoning-effort mappingc8be7e9adopted (no wire change for first-party operators withouteffort); workflow-host narrows to exactly the 3 files we vendor; crypto/npm-dist and authz/log/tools-posix need nothing.formatSafetyRatingTextfrom the./runtimesubpath while@corbits/openai-responses@0.2.1(installed) imports it from there — one compat re-export in vendoredruntime.ts, independently ledgered with its removal path (the openai-responses release that adopts the new subpath).
