Summary
Recreates the closed, unmerged CL-10649 spike record. Adds
docs/TUI-064-compat-spike.md: the 13-site breaker inventory, reproducible zero-scan evidence, named harness follow-ups, and a qualified GO for the staged@opentui/corebump. No manifest, lockfile, or code change. Recovered from the previous PR commitfabf007(branch was deleted).Verification
