Bump the grok-shell client identity from 1.0.62 to 1.0.70. The wire-shape test pins the same version and user-agent. The model catalog is unchanged.
bun run checkpasses. The installed CLI reportsgrok 1.0.70, and https://x.ai/cli/stable returns 1.0.70.Closes CL-11483
