Drop SWC; one tsc pass writes dist JS and declarations. contrast-test and dep-guard run in CI after the build. prepack still runs the build. Remove the stale pnpm-lock.yaml; the repo uses bun. Closes CL-9368

bun run buildnow produces only the published output: clean,tsc -p tsconfig.build.json(JS and.d.tsin one pass), Tailwind CSS. SWC,.swcrc,@swc/cliand@swc/coreare removed.contrast-testanddep-guardmove out ofbuildand run in CI after it.prepack: bun run buildis unchanged; there is no install-time hook.clean && build:js (swc) && build:types (tsc) && build:css && contrast-test && dep-guardclean && build:js (tsc) && build:cssnpm pack --dry-runlists the same 255 files before and after. The emitted JS differs only in formatting, and"use client"directives are kept (dep-guardpasses againstdist/).ARCHITECTURE.md, IMPLEMENTATION.md, the CONTRIBUTING.md build line and the 0.2.0 CHANGELOG entry describe the new chain.
Stacked on #76, which already removed
generate;pnpm-lock.yamlis removed by #61 below.
