• Inspected dist/robots.txt, dist/llms.txt, dist/docs/getting-started/*.md (links are absolute, images become alt text), the JSON-LD on index.html, and the alternate link on the docs pages.
• The install guide's commands come from the justfile, the Tiltfile, and the CLI reference. Nobody has run the guide end to end on a clean machine yet.

Follow-ups (not in this PR)

• Set the GitHub repository description and topics to match the phrase.
• Submit the sitemap to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
• A page for each question in the query set, a one-command local install, and an MCP server and Claude Code plugin.
