Adds cppduals v0.9.6 and
makes it the default version. 0.9.4 was added in #863.
Header-only, no build changes. Upstream 0.9.6 fixes
numext::real()fordual<T,N>Eigen scalars (derivatives were dropped throughnorm()), addspmsub()to the dual packetconj_helpers, and speeds up the dual-partmultiply.
The
examples/cppdualssmoke test is unchanged.
