The year is taken from the last commit that changed the file now rather than current date. Also covers missed python scripts.

Changed the copyright year updating script in createrelease to set the copyright year span based on last commit. This addresses files which had the wrong copyright span.
34 files are updated with this script, of which many had been missed for years, and one had its year decreased by one year (gui/application.cpp) which is correct, as its last code change commit was on Sep 16, 2022.
