docs(docs): align public site copy and pricing

Align public site and interface copy with current pricing, self-host availability, calls to action and legal wording. Standardize product terms and sentence case across pages, marketing components and site SEO.

Scope: one coherent commit, 87 files, targeting main. Documentation content and docs-only navigation/section helpers moved to a separate independent docs-content-copy PR. The original 158-file source is preserved exactly across the two scopes; this PR is now below the configured reviewer file cap.

Validation on c69f72954b8a197f02f25e7f8cf5b8e01af2945c, based on main d8af387041e31eafde63ef8c7e0da9a7bfe29fa3: formatting86 supported files, root lint/types, Fumadocs generation, 41 existing docs tests/1,056 assertions and local route/anchor checks passed. Markdown pricing copy is outside Ultracite support. Normal commit/push hooks passed. All87 source modes/blobs match the reviewed original; unowned main paths are preserved.

No dependency on the documentation-content slice; both can land independently. Fresh final-head CI and actual configured source review are required. The earlier 158-file CodeRabbit cap skip is not a completed review.
