This upgrades tar (currently 6.2.1) to 7.5.19, which carries the fix for CVE-2026-59873. The package is present in this repository's dependency tree; I have not verified that your code reaches the affected function.

This is a db-migration framework. By definition there are no sql injections, this is a framework to manipulate the database, hence you have access to manipulate and run sql directly. Please no bullshit ai security merge requests anymore. Understand the scope first.

Edit: seeing this one is a different thing. Still closing. Not accepting AI spam. This is not useful. This MR as well not useful at all, already catched by the CI pipeline. Please go elsewhere unless you have something meaningful to contribute.
