This is a patch release for the DCSA Booking API. It adds support for additional Booking, equipment, Out of Gauge, reefer, party, and reference information and aligns maintained code-list references and terminology.

- added `isNotifyParty` to `Consignee` and clarified how the Consignee and existing Notify Parties are interpreted when it is set
- added `extendedContractQuotationReference` with support for up to 70 characters and deprecated `contractQuotationReference`
- aligned carrier, shipper, provider, and consumer terminology across API and status descriptions
- replaced embedded eBL platform and party code-list provider values with references to the maintained DCSA registries
- added Out of Gauge support, including `outOfGaugeQuotationReference`, equipment-level `outOfGaugeDetails`, total cargo dimensions, directional extensions, center of gravity, measurements, and handling information
- added `equipmentAttributeCodes` to Requested Equipment for SMDG equipment attributes such as plastic pellets (`PLX`), food-grade equipment (`FDG`), and flexitanks (`FLX`)
- added `specialInstructions` at Booking and Requested Equipment level
- added `FF` (Freight Forwarder Reference) as a supported reference type
- added `ventilationOpeningPercentage` to Active Reefer Settings

This is a patch release for the DCSA Booking API. Updated the `partyFunction` list, allowed for unstructured address (`addressLines`), deprecated `HSCodes`, `nationalCommodityCodes` and `chargeName` in order to allow extended versions and DG can now have an "infinite" level of `innerPackagings`.
