Override Angular build to use patched Vite 8.3.x, resolving to 8.3.5. Remove obsolete ajv, picomatch, and @hono/node-server overrides. Validation: zero audit vulnerabilities; 43 tests, build, lint, and formatting checks pass.

Angular build 22.2.x pins Vite 8.3.0, leaving six Dependabot alerts open after the Vitest update. Add a scoped
@angular/buildoverride forvite: ~8.3.3and regenerate the lockfile, resolving Vite to 8.3.5 while keeping updates within the 8.3 patch line.The lockfile also updates PostCSS and adds the newer Rolldown dependencies required by Vite. The latest Angular build release (22.2.4) still pins Vite 8.3.0; this override can be removed once Angular adopts a patched version.
Remove three obsolete security overrides:
@angular-devkit/core > ajv: Angular now requires 8.20.0; removing the override updates the lockfile from 8.18.0 to 8.20.0.picomatch: upstream requirements resolve to 4.0.7 without the override, replacing the locked 4.0.4.@hono/node-server: no longer present in the dependency tree.Only the scoped Vite override remains.
