This PR fixes #2473

Implemented changes:

• Add an MSI custom action to remove the IDEasy _ide directory after MSI-managed files are removed.

Testing instructions

Requirements:

ide install dotnet

1. From the repository root, download and extract the latest published Windows archive into the CLI build folder:

   VERSION=2026.10.001

   mkdir -p cli/target/package

   curl -fL "https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/devonfw/tools/IDEasy/ide-cli/${VERSION}/ide-cli-${VERSION}-windows-x64.tar.gz" -o /tmp/ideasy-windows.tar.gz

   tar -xzf /tmp/ideasy-windows.tar.gz -C cli/target/package

   cp cli/target/package/bin/ideasy.exe cli/target/ideasy.exe

2. Build the MSI. The script also generates the documentation and stages the installer files:

   bash windows-installer/build-msi.sh

3. On Windows, install the MSI on a test drive. Make sure the target projects/_ide folder contains no important data.
4. Uninstall IDEasy through Windows Settings or Control Panel. Verify that _ide is removed and that project folders outside _ide remain.
