Generated release metadata should be authored and committed by the standard GitHub Actions account. Align this repository's explicit Signed-off-by trailer with the shared image's new author defaults. The release version, notes, assets, plugins, and human commit authors are unchanged.
Dependency: merge disafronov/semantic-release#117 and wait for publication of its image before merging this PR, so the actual author and sign-off match.
Validation: checked release JSON/CJS syntax and verified that the only configuration change is the bot identity in the sign-off. Git metadata tests covered generated bot authors/committers and preservation of human authors during rebase. Production releases were not run.
