Version number and release date of a given version were not working correctly.
solarfarmer.__version__would returnunknownand release dateunreleased.The issue for the version was the distribution name. For the release date was that it was not recorded. The date has been added to the GitHub action for the release.
The PR also updates the changelog for these changes.
