- fixed to SMSGetSound instead of other API - used Particles.hpp enum and created a new one based off modders tables - used msSqrtf instead of fabricated match

What does this PR contain
Draft PR focusing on the TBossWanwan (Boss Chain Chomp) TU, including the decompiling of
src/Enemy/bosswanwan.cppandinclude/Enemy/BossWanWan.hppDecompilation and verification were done manually using Ghidra and objdiff.
Notes
This PR initally had a couple function as a target and then it later become the full TU.
This PR is also completely human-coded (for learning purposes), so I didn't use agentic coding to name variables or fully automatically decompile function or complete the header. AI was only used as an explanation for certain Ghidra stuff while decompiling, in chat mode.
