What changed in this PR
This documentation-only PR repairs links across ASP.NET Core articles and versioned includes, primarily following the sample-directory standardization in #37830. It contributes to the broken-link cleanup tracked in #37810.
Changes:
- Updates sample links to standardized
samplesdirectories. - Corrects compatibility documentation URLs and moved Docker, Fluent UI, and JSInterop references.
- Removes broken
SameSiteSupportlinks while preserving the behavior descriptions.
