Post-merge follow-through is complete: main CI, Compose smoke, and PHP/Python/Rust validation passed. The updated linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 prepared images were built, published, and qualified successfully: https://github.com/durable-workflow/sample-app/actions/runs/35651713135 . The qualified tuple now uses published Server 2.3.13 and Workflow 2.0.15. |

Follow-through for durable-workflow/server#164 and durable-workflow/server#165.
Use published Server 2.3.13 in the playground/polyglot artifact tuple and published Workflow 2.0.15 in Composer. This adopts the fix that preserves transient database failures during readiness schema inspection. No unrelated SDK or dependency changes.
Local validation: Composer updated exactly one package, no security advisories; validate-composer-artifact-graph.php passes; resolve-current-artifacts.sh emits the expected versions. Server image publication has completed and its repository release smoke checks are running. Normal Sample App CI should exercise the real published image before merge.
