Markerless cache copies are fetched once, relative plugins_dir resolves at start, the plugin limit holds under concurrency, plain addresses go to the system resolver, and the rate limit says how long to wait. Quickstart pins the v1.2.1 image. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds the v1.2.0 → v1.2.1 section to the upgrading page (EN and RU) for the fixes in easyp-tech/service#45 and #46: an unpacked copy without a
.sha256marker is now fetched once per replica (with a note to budget disk for it), a relativeplugins_dirresolves at start and older relative registrations are repaired withpublish --plugins-dir … --force, the licence plugin limit is enforced in one transaction, plainhost:portaddresses go to the system resolver (dns:///opts back into grpc-go's), and rate-limit refusals say how many seconds to wait. The--addrrow in operator-cli explains the resolver, and quickstart pins the v1.2.1 image — so this merges after thev1.2.1tag exists.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
