Provide loader of raw format from lab X-ray diffractometer

• Adapt the loader of experimental data of EasyDiffraction to support raw files from lab X-ray diffractometers (example in the enclosed zip folder below).

• GSAS-II was used to convert this raw file as an xye (also enclosed in the folder)

• The outcome of this issue should be a display of the diffractogram in EasyDiffraction with the correct axes' values, labels and units.
