SSAS answers OlapInfo/CubeInfo/Cube with LastDataUpdate and LastSchemaUpdate in http://schemas.microsoft.com/analysisservices/2003/engine, declared on the element itself, while CubeName beside them stays in the mddataset namespace. We wrote both timestamps in the mddataset namespace. A value element can now name its own namespace through the daanse annotation elementNamespace; EcoreXmlWriter declares it as the default namespace on that element alone. ExtendedMetaData's namespace could not carry this: every rowset column states one, and honouring it in general would also change the ASSL ddl* extension elements in DISCOVER_XML_METADATA. fix(io): write mddataset cube timestamps in the engine namespace
