Pulls in TomasVotruba/entropy 0.4.34, which renders
Color::GREYas bright black (\033[90m) instead of light grey (\033[37m). The run footer (// N files · time · MB) now reads on light terminal backgrounds, matching the grayartisan:serveuses.Completes the PHP side of #217 (blink parity was already merged).
