Required tools

• mise
• PostgreSQL running locally with the postgres user and password

The Elixir, Erlang, and Rust versions are pinned in mise.toml.

Run locally

mise install
mix setup
mix phx.server

Open http://localhost:4000.

Development login

With the server running, open:

http://localhost:4000/dev/login?email=dev@dixie.local

The development endpoint signs in the requested email, creating an admin user and local development tenant when needed.
