Summary

RPC client and server groups now set Rpc.ParseOptions to DefaultParseOptions, so payload and response encode/decode use that concurrency (unbounded unless SCHEMA_CONCURRENCY is set). The annotation is applied after prefix and middleware.

Schema constructors no longer stamp a parseOptions concurrency annotation. Effect 4 does not read that annotation during parse. decodeEffectConcurrently is unchanged for call sites that pass parse options themselves.

Tests check that constructors and mapFields results have no parseOptions, that array decode stays sequential unless options are passed, that the client factory and annotateRpcParseOptions attach DefaultParseOptions, and that an RPC server with the annotation batches Effect.request calls into one resolver batch.

Effect dependencies are on 4.0.6, which includes Rpc.ParseOptions. The temporary effect@4.0.5 patch is removed. Peers require effect@^4.0.6. @effect/language-service stays at 0.87.5 and @effect/tsgo at 0.56.0; those are already the latest releases. repos/effect is synced to effect@4.0.6.
