Graceful Mint shutdown now starts one reconnect retry chain when GOAWAY and :tcp_closed arrive for the same dropped connection. This prevents duplicate retry exhaustion and duplicate {:elixir_grpc, :connection_down, pid} notifications.

Fixes #577.

Validation: Added a regression test for GOAWAY followed by :tcp_closed; cd grpc && mix test test/grpc/adapters/mint/connection_process_test.exs could not run locally because Mix is unavailable.
