chore: fix grammar in pending cache comments

Overview

fetchData and fetchSignedHeader both skip a block whose height is still zero because the executor has not finished producing it. The two comments describing that state read "is/are temporary stored"; temporary is an adjective and the sentence needs the adverb temporarily. Both spots were introduced together in #2985.
