This PR updates roc to 2026-08-28 nightly, and updates all packages.
It also adds the
asciipackage.It improves the
upgrade-roc-nightly.shscript to fetch the latest nightly rather than the one specified in the roc install script.Lastly, it updates the expected output for an empty file, since that's now a valid program when using
roc test.
